Empire State Building

The Empire State Building is the most known and tallest building of New York City (449m - 1.472'). It was already since 1931 but had lost the title when World Trade Center 1 was built. Since 9/11, it took back the title of tallest building of the city. It is one of the Seven Wonders of the Modern World. It appeared in an amazing number of films, TV shows, video games, the most famous being King Kong and the famous climbing along the building.

L'Empire State Building est l'immeuble le plus connu et le plus haut de New York (449m). Il l'était déjà depuis 1931 mais avait perdu le titre au profit de la Tour 1 du World Trade Center. Depuis le 11 septembre 2001, il a récupéré le titre de plus haut building de la ville. C'est l'une des 7 merveilles du monde moderne. Il est apparu dans un nombre incalculable de films, séries, jeux vidéo, le plus célèbre étant King Kong et la célèbre escalade du gorille le long du building.
